Flu Season

Well the flu has arrived full force at the Pallos household. Now we only have one out of the 5 of us that has not been hit (little Jacqueline) and after 6 days, I still can't shake it, but the worst thing is that Charley now has it, hence the photo above. I know it may seem mean spriited, but I think men turn into little boys when they are ill, they just can't take it. So I go from having 3 girls, to 3 girls and one boy, but I honestly don't mind taking care of him. Charley is the love of my life, an incredible daddy and positive role model to our girls, as well as a wonderful provider that works day & night to make sure we have what we need, so I allow the lapse back into childhood with love in my heart. Needless to say, this is throwing the launch of the new site & products way back, but it is what it is, and I know everything happens for a reason and the site will be up when it is the right time. So for now, I wish you all good health and happy spring wishes!

You poor thing. I completely understand. I just got over the flu myself and it lasted for an entire week. Luckily for me, I was the only one in the household that came down with the bug. My son had just a touch of the flu and was only out for a day of school and bounced right back. Thank God my husband didn't get sick :) I totally agree. Men convert back to their childhood when their sick and wimper more then the "real" kids. But like you, I would do anything for my husband...but we can still complain :)

Hope everyone is feeling well soon and look forward to all the new goodies.

It's so hard when the mom gets sick. It's like the house falls to pieces. My husband tends to hybernate when he isn't feeling well. I have to admit that I love doting on the older kids when they're sick. It's the only time I get to be lovey without complaints. I used to say that I could always tell when one of my sons was sick because he would behave =) I'm sorry you aren't well and will pray with you for health. Blessings... Polly
